When I founded Bikettle in 2017, I wanted to create a fitness experience to help people at all fitness levels burn fat, build muscle, lose weight, get stronger and stay motivated. With two Bikettle studios on Chicago’s South and West sides, offering classes indoors and outside, we’ve helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals and collectively lose thousands of pounds.

We offer fitness programs designed to get results faster:

  • 1:1 Personal training
  • Semi-private coaching
  • Group classes for spin cycling, kettlebell workouts, HIIT, body sculpt and cardio kickboxing.
  • Personalized meal plans and low-carb or keto meal prep for an additional cost.
