Health is wealth. When our mind, body and spirit are aligned there is no limit to what we can accomplish. Loving yourself and making yourself a priority are key to creating positive and lasting change. Start by asking yourself these questions and write down the answers:

  • What kind of life do I want for myself and how close am I to living it?
  • How am I stopping myself from becoming the person I want to be?
  • Can I do the things I want to do or am I all talk?
  • What am I willing to give up (bad habits, toxic relationships/situations, social media) to achieve my goal?
  • Who are the people I need to surround myself with to accomplish these goals?
  • Visualize yourself reaching your goal. How does it feel? What are you able to do? Who is celebrating and encouraging you? What will you do next?
